Prof. Wang is a full professor of physics in Southeast University since 2005. She is the recipient of Distinguished Young Scholars of Jiangsu Province (2013), the Distinguished Young Scholars award of NSFC (2015) and Distinguished Professor in Southeast University (2016). She mainly focuses her research interests on theoretical study of physical and chemical properties of low-dimensional materials. She has made some original achievements in the field of growth mechanisms and physical properties of low-dimensional materials (graphene, MoS2), and structural determination and quantum character of atomic and molecular clusters. She has published 150+ original research papers (120+ as first/corresponding author) in high-impact journals, including Nat. Commun (5), JACS (5), Angew (3), Nano Letters (3), Advanced Materials (3) and ACS Nano (4), with the total citations over 3600 times and H-index of 30. She was elected as one of the Elsevier Highly Cited Researchers in 2014, 2015 and 2016. She has been invited to report her research in international conferences for more than 20 times.
